Old Mac, New OS This Mac look familiar? A bit old? Time Machine is a great feature in Leopard, easily allowing you to recover lost files. However from what I have seen, some people are complaining about losing computer speed everytime Time Machine goes to backup your Mac (on the hour).  There is a new program released that allows you to set how often you would like Time Machine to run, anywhere from every hour to every twelve hours.For those who are interested, check out the Time Machine Scheduler

With Macworld coming up, the rumour has it that Apple is planning on making brand new releases. Not new generations of existing products - Apple is planning on taking yet another risk and dipping into another area of the market. What market? No-one knows, as Apple is keeping tight lipped.  So you’ve seen the spooky.. heartracing introductions in movies.. yet how are they done? Whilst this is in no way an example of how to make a professional one, it is the perfect introduction to really set the scene in your home made movies.

So, why did I choose to demonstrate this in iMovie HD as opposed to iMovie ‘08? Googling the latter will give you the answer for that.. iMovie ‘08 gives you very limited control and was most certainly a “backwards step”
